The Bursar Hub will manage the entire student financial lifecycle, bringing together dedicated experts and streamlining services and support.
Hub Overview
Managing all student accounts across the University, the Bursar Hub will be the main point of contact for students and families for billing inquiries, providing personalized support for account resolution. Its responsibilities will encompass the entire financial lifecycle of a student account: managing all transactions and reconciliations, assessing tuition and mandatory fees, handling billing and payments, posting financial aid, processing refunds, administering external funding, complying with funding agencies, and overseeing all past-due collection activities.
